More Charges Over Rape, Drug Ordeal
POLICE have charged five adults in relation to numerous
sexual assaults and other serious offences on a 12-year-old boy.
Last Wednesday 10 males -- five adults and five
juveniles -- were arrested and transported to Darwin
for questioning after information was received.
An immediate investigation was launched.
The five adult males have been charged with
numerous counts of sexual intercourse without
consent, stupefying in order to commit a crime
and some drug charges.
Last Friday five juveniles aged 12-18 were charged with a
number of offences. The adults and juveniles are expected
to face the Darwin Magistrates Court this week.

10 Charged Over Assault Of 12yo Boy
TEN people have been charged in connection with numerous sexual assaults and
other offences involving a 12-year-old boy in a remote Top End community.
Northern Territory police said the five adult males and five juvenile males were
expected to make court appearances this week.
The charges include sexual intercourse without consent, charges of stupefying in
order to commit a crime and some drug charges.
All 10 were arrested on Wednesday last week and taken to Darwin for questioning,
before being charged on Friday evening.
Police would not reveal where the alleged offences took place, other than to say it
was in a remote Top End area.
