Teacher On Sex Charges


A FORMER northern suburbs school teacher accused of sex offences has appeared in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court.
The 40-year-old is charged with five counts of unlawful sexual intercourse- two counts of gross indecency, three counts of indecent assault and three counts of inciting and procuring gross indecency. The alleged offences took place in the 1980s and involved boys aged 13 and 16. A bail variation was granted, allowing the man to live in Victoria. He will face court again in June.
