Rape Case Dropped

A man who had allegedly handcuffed and raped a girl, 14, he met through an internet chat room has had all charges dropped.
Karl Anders Nilsson, 22, had pleaded not guilty to four counts of rape and one count of indecent assault in the District Court.
The charges were dropped because the girl did not want to pursue them.
